These people have called me seven times in two days. They say they are updating my listing on the "Online Yellow Pages" or "Online Business Directory". This is a scam and once they get you to agree to anything, they will bill you for your listings...

I did a callback, was put on hold for a few minutes then: I was told the number is legit, calling me about a mortgage I never had although my bank IS Chase.
His explanation was "someone with a debt has the same name as you" that's unlikely.
He said "if they call again talk to a live person and get a name for DNC list etc..."

This company NCO is a debt collection agency. They keep calling my place of employment. I have asked this man Bob who is the same person that calls every time to stop calling my place of employment. He still keeps calling. My advice to you is to record all conversations with this company. They use illegeal means to collect the debt that you owe. This way you can take them to court and sue them.
