Have called me several times all hours of the day and night. Today I answered for the first time. Press one to continue and Press two to end calls. I pressed 2. Goal was to lower credit card interest rates, but nothing else.

This number called me saying that they are calling from "The Credit Card Company." They claimed that I should act now to reduce my interest rates. They asked me to press 1 to continue or 2 to opt out of future calls. I tried calling back and I only got a message saying to press 1 if I didn't want to receive future calls. I'm in the registry. They shouldn't be calling me in the first place. You can't reach a live person if you call to ask them to stop calling so there's no way of knowing if they'll stop calling. Tel 406.720.2099 unsolicited call to mobile phone. Web research indicates long-standing use by "CREDIT SERVICES" to offer reduction of credit card interest for very high service charges (ostensibly amortized by lower card fees over extended time). Perpetrators apparently using more than 100 tel nrs for this same scam.
