From a call centre, lots of talking in the background. Indian accent. First thought it was going to be a Microsoft scam but said they were from Verified by Visa. Had my name and address and the first four digits of my bank card. Told me my card was no longer secure, they wanted to issue a new one but needed to confirm details. I said I would talk to my bank before giving any type of detail. They said I would now be liable for all charges that were unauthorised on the card as I declined to give information. My bank confirmed it was a scam.
