This number called me saying that they are calling from "The Credit Card Company." They claimed that I should act now to reduce my interest rates. They asked me to press 1 to continue or 2 to opt out of future calls. I tried calling back and I only got a message saying to press 1 if I didn't want to receive future calls. I'm in the registry. They shouldn't be calling me in the first place. You can't reach a live person if you call to ask them to stop calling so there's no way of knowing if they'll stop calling. Additional Info: Since I have minutes to burn on my own phone; I have repeatedly called the number back. It is obvious that who ever is on the other end is annoyed. They have attempted various tactics to discourage me from calling the number; without success. They fail to provide the answer to the question: Why was I called? and Who is this? They fail to provide any "real person" voice from the other end. This lends strength that it is an illegal operation for some purpose - perhaps attempting to find back doors into computer systems by random dialing.

They have called my husband's cell phone for 3 years. A minimum of 3 times a week, up to 6 times a day.
They claim to be a pharmacy looking for 'Donna' to refill her prescriptions.
Each time they have called:
My husband has told them; they have the wrong number, to remove his number from their system and to stop calling his cell phone for this person that he does not know.
They don't stop. They keep calling.
The government said there is nothing we can do except change the number. They said that the company is not to blame if "Donna" gave them my husband's number. I don't believe that there ever was a "Donna". I think it's their way of getting around the registry & telemarketing laws.
Why do I think this? Because about 25% of the time they have called, after they are told they have the wrong number...they ask my husband if he would like to order Viagra, Valium, pain pills...etc, withOUT a prescription.
THREE years of telling them they have the wrong number, THREE years of telling them NO, we don't need their pharmacy for anything...they STILL harass the hell out of my husband at ALL hours of the day! 4 am on a Saturday morning? 10:45 pm on a Thursday night? These people are horrible!
