I'm a DirectNIC subscriber, and they claled my cell phone. Once I was at lunch and didn't hear it, and they left no message. The second time, I picked it up and talked to an Indian (country of India) woman who followed the usual procedure that's already been documented. I told her I had no fax, she confirmed my e-mail address and got my correct home address (they had the old one from a year and a half ago) and ended the call.I then Googled the phone number and found this and various other things. I've contacted DoNotCall Registry and the BBB (NY division), and will be contacting DirectNIC about this.As far as I am concerned, they need to be put out of business for deceptive business practices and, frankly, outsourcing jobs to India when the US could use a few jobs for its out of work people.
