Our company has received two unsolicited faxes from this number in the last couple of weeks. The faxes are directed to a company and individual that haven't been at this location for more than three years. The sender allegedly offers "mandatory drug & alcohol awareness training" for employers who utilize commercial drivers, claiming that the training is required by the Dept. of Transportation. The notice cites FMCSA regulations and bears what appears to be an "official" seal (how cute!). A disclaimer in small print near the bottom of the page acknowledges that Supervisor Compliance is not a government agency. Of course, the alleged training is not free -- obviously a scam!
