Flat out pretended to be a US government IRS agent. Refused to offer badge number. Already had my name. Said I was being sued by the IRS for fraud. I told him I was holding a letter from the IRS that reflected a zero balance due and he then hung up. I called back and now I get a fast busy sound. Complete scam.
