Got 2 phone calls from 202-752-2455 today saying I could lower the rate on my credit card since I have made payments on-time for the last 6 months. The thing is, I don't have a credit card. I pressed 9 to talk to someone, and was hung-up on before I finished saying I wanted to be removed from their list the first time and sent by the human I got by pressing 9 the second time to a prerecorded message saying customer service was not available.
