Ok i called the # back & it is a scam. They offered me a $100 gift card + $40 + a pre paid gas card, with a catch of a one time fee of $4. They asked for my name and address. I told them I'm not interested and hung up. Do not give out a payment of $4, it's obvious they are just wanting peoples bank account information.
