Received a call from a man with a middle east accent claiming to be an agent with the IRS. Told me in 2 hours I will be getting served with a lawsuit For Tax Evasion, Fraud, Misuse of tax credits and Money Laundering. He Knew my full social security number and told my I have not filed taxes since 2011, which is true but I was on disability and in process of having multiple surgeries. He told me that there is an arrest warrant for me and told me that all of my assets will be frozen. I asked him if he had an Affidavit and he said yes. I told him to read it to me and he put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back and read it. He was very hard to understand and so I could not make out the IRS law references he was making. When I told him I did not file my taxes because I was on disability he immediately hung up on me. When I called the number back it answered: "The Magic Jack customer you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please try again later". Sounds like the start of a scam to me.
