Started happening about 2 months ago, this number 206-420-0985 calls 3-4 times per day, always starts out the same as garbled words then a robo voice says "8246191 as soon as possible for an important message" then it hangs up. There's no area code with the 8246191 so I'm not sure if its a phone number or not. Caller ID shows "Seattle WA" and I live in Bothell WA. I just ignore it now.
