Caller states that I have willfully evaded federal taxes and will be arrested today between 3 PM and 4 PM. Claims I did not reply to certified mail sent 10 months ago and he would in addition to arresting me put a lien on my house and car and any payments I receive from the government. Asked if I wanted to settle the debt or did I want him to go ahead and file the paperwork to arrest me. Told him to arrest me; he hung up.
