Chase Bank Sucks - 07-30-2009

This is Chase Bank calling about a past due credit card payment. They have called my work 3 times in 2 1/2 hours. They do not leave a message. This is in addition to the 3 to 4 to 5 calls I get at home from them. Chase Bank changed our fixed rate to a variable rate and then increased the minimum monthly payment from 2% to 5%. I told them their $1100 payment was not going to happen. What a shame that such a large company got so greedy and has done this same thing to their once good paying, timely customers.
