Called today at 1PM says they are "Qwest" my phone carrier....but when I ask for a telephone number to return the call....they say they can make outgoing calls only....click. Any true Qwest agent will gladly give a return call number (so will any other legit telephone company). Good thing we have call rejection service...they have now been added to that list.
