I had a cell phone for emergenies only. Never gave number out to anyone other than family and closest friends. This number called the cell and asked for me by name. They were told it was the wrong number. I called it back and blocked my house number.. They answered with a "hello" only. No company name given to identify them, and it was very noisy in the background.
