Caller stated they can apply a discount on my electric bill. I stated to caller that this was a marketing call, she said "no", we just want to save you money, you will still be with PPL.
This IS a marketing call, Pennsylvania allows you to choose your Electricity Generation company. Their rates would have been higher than my existing supplier, and would NOT have saved me any money on my bill.
