Received a call from 216-242-1281 they asked about the Dominion Gas bill. I said I do not have a bill with them and to put me on their 'do not call list'. The person on the phone became very rude with me and claimed that I could not tell them not to call me or to put me on their do not call list. I don't think they're legit a real telemarketer knows better than that.
