First a machine said I may qualify for a 15% discount on my ComEd bill and asked me to press 1 which I did then a man I could hardly understand because of his accent came on asked my zip code and if I was receiving any form of assistance I said no and he said great now I need your ComEd account number when I told him I was in the car going home and didn't have it he told me to get my bill I again told him I was in the car and asked if I could call ComEd when I got home he hung up on me.
