My guess is someone is using a spoof number service to make the calls so their real number doesn't show up on caller ID.
I did not answer call. No owner's name is listed for phone number and shows to be a cell phone number from Gulfport,MS. There was and automated voicemail left that did not identify the caller; just said to press 1 to speak with a representative. Tried calling the number back and it says that the number is not in service.
