Spent the last hour searching for additional information on the Scammer from Victoria. Turns out the landline 250 984 0558 was owned by Bell Group Telecom. They sold the number/capacity to Iristel ("offices" in Canada, Romania and Moldova)Irina answered my call and listened to my problem. Iristel uses resellers for VOIP and she would not give me the name of the reseller in Victoria. She said she would contact the resller and pass on my complaint. The next step is to file a complaint with the CRTC. Will keep you posted.
