Called stating I owe over 5,000 in back taxes from 2008 to 2013. Stated sent me repeated letters that no one was home to sign for them. Said will come to my house to arrest me and close my bank accounts. Asked what state they were calling from...said Illinois but phone number is Wisconsin. Asked to speak with a supervisor and both men spoke poor English with heavy accents.
