I chose the option that allowed me to speak to someone, and asked what credit card of mine they were referring to. The person on the other end said "We're a credit card company." I then said "Oh, so the message is misleading? Please take me off your call list." The person then said "Why?" I said "Because your message is misleading and I do not want to hear about your credit card any longer. Please take me off your call list immediately." The person then said "No." I explained that the law said he had to remove me at my request and any further calls would be reported. He claimed he took me off the list.
