I also made the mistake of answering. It is a recorded message about a cruise. Upon hanging up, the phone rings again - SAME NUMBER - within 30 to 60 seconds. If you just pick up then hang up to disconnect and stop the ringing, they call back right away! After over 20 calls in less than 15 minutes, I had to turn the phone off. This is NOT fair/right. I pay for the convenience of the phone to stay connected to family. Now, thanks to these people, I cannot use my phone because it will not stop ringing.
