First, I'm on the Do Not Call List. But these scammers don't care. This is a total scam about your Electricity bill. They act like they're "helping" you save money and try to get your account number. If they get it, they switch your service without you knowing (because as my Elec Co. told me, giving them your acct no. is considered an electronic signature).
