I recieved a phone call and a man said to me hold that I had federal charges pending against me. He came back on and stated my date of birth, my last 4 digits of my ss#. Had a previous address. Stated that I had taken a loan out in the amount of 15,000 from National Bank. First stating he was wanting to make sure my rights was not violated. Then telling me that I was on a recorded line I had to opinion to agree to pay 960 or turn in a warrent for my arrest. I asked for inforamation because I was not aware of any of such loan. He stated that if I was in jail that I wouldn't be able to find out who used my information. To make a decision because he was going to court to handle litigation and I would not need to contact the office because the client meaning the bank was issuing the warrent for my arrest. I would then deal with the local authorities. He even had my email address and said I confirmed the transaction of the loan. I asked him to hold as I pulled my email up. Things wasn't right I call the SBI. It is a scam.
