Scam call

Previously, I’ve heard of calls purporting to detect that my PC had been infiltrated. I thought I would play along and obtain some information. But, I guess I replied incorrectly to a question.
The caller indicated that my PC network had 11 devices attached to it last night at around 9:30 PM. When asked if I was OK with it. I said yes. The caller closed the call.
My assumption is that the caller did indeed wish to gain access to my PC, and perhaps encrypt it for ransom.

There was an Asian tone to the caller’s voice.
