Earlier got unknown call or blocked one. Then a little later the phone rang and showed this number as a Peoria call and the NOISY THING RANG THEN CONTINUOUS! They return called 3x and did it immediately! As soon as my phone did not answer it redialed! Should be considered harassing and pay us fines! My phone rang nonstop! That is ridiculous and wrong!
