yes i have the same problem but found a way to stop it ,, ask them for a fax # and then send them back a small claims form telling them if you recive any more call that you will fill and are suing them for harssment ,( look under small clams form in your state )copy one and fill it out and fax it back to them ,,, this will get there attention fast , let them know that you will do it and that the court will settle in your favore and and that you have talked to the D.A. in your county and they are looking in to your complant as well ,,, most courts will let you sue them and will rull in your favor and in in most states the amount of $$$$$ can be high ....this is the only way that we can take back are phones that we pay for !!!
