I'm on DoNotCall list. Recorded call offered tickets to Disney World. I hit the button to talk to a person, who immediately wanted my name and info. When I asked what company I was speaking to, he pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up. I called the number back and the lady that answered said she was at "IP Relay Services", a deaf-person communications outfit. It is unclear whether she is part of the scam or is at a legitimate company whose number is being spoofed.
