Leaves an automated message on general mailbox. Sometimes a number,sometimes not - this time caller ID picked one up. Called it - terrible cust svc. Requested a do not call, but we have 4 lines - agent gave me a fax number to fax the other numbers to them for a do-not-call request. Not sure if I should do this?
