I called back 323-331-9707. The call was answered automatically. After several seconds of computerized messages, the call was transferred to a number that rang to a "Convergent Outsourcing" voice mailbox that was full. My cell phone has been rung incessantly for the past several weeks, multiple times per day, by Convergent, searching for a deadbeat named Sergio Morales. I tracked down the company in Renton, Washington [800/444-8485 and 425/562-9720] and called, speaking to a lady who identified herself as Ida Morales. I explained that Sergio Morales was NOT at the telephone number they had on file, and to please stop calling. If the calls did not stop, I was taking further action. 2/19/2014
