Man with strong indian accent answered as Cash Advance usa. I got to work and had a message from Officer Randy Johnson of the federal dept and I needed to call him at 347-457-3024. Can't keep numbers straight. How can it be answered once as Cash Advance USA and once as the Federal Dept?
