It was driving me nuts but I finally found an effective way to stop the calls; call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. The phone number 361-271-4999 is on their list they provide the do not call request service for and they will have your phone number removed from the callers list and in a couple of days the calls stopped.
