I've had 3 calls from this number over the past 24 hours, they just leave a cutoff message saying that they'll call back. I've called the number and was told that it's not a valid phone number. I also haven't been able to find any info doing a reverse number search other than it's a landline in Enid, Oklahoma. I'm on the DNC list, of course.
