Stated they were taking me to court and if I did not pay $411.00 today I would be arrested tomorrow and held until court for "bank fraud", "obtaining a wire transfer fraudulently" and "theft of funds" for an internet payday loan I have never gotten. Never heard of the company and they wouldn't send me any copies of documents nor any dates or company names. I called the better business bureau and they are investigating these people. Hopefully something can be done as I really felt offended, frightened and insulted. The can barely speak my name yet feel they can threaten me and try to garner information at the same time.
