I get calls from (408)531-6608 at least 3 or 4 times each day. Whenever I answer the call, one of two things happens:
1. A person asks for Juan Garcia (my brother-in-law who has an enormous amount of bills) and they ask if I speak Spanish. My brother-in-law does not live here anymore and has not lived here for more than 1 year.
2. Nobody says anything when I answer the phone. I can faintly hear what sounds like telephone numbers being dialed in the background.
