They call every 1-2 hours and only between 11AM and 7PM, when the card holder they need to speak to is not home (in our case anyway).
I've seen many reports about this number online now where after cancelling a transaction, this number continues to call trying to get the now non-existent balance from you for the cancelled transaction. Then when you tell them the transaction was cancelled and there should be no balance, not only do they not concede to the fact they were wrong, but they add late fees.
As someone who used to work for Home Depot, I can tell you as far as they're concerned this is par for the course.
