I'm on the DNC list, but regardless, this was a recorded call, which are illegal whether you are on the DNC list or not. Kicker, on top of being recorded, it was completely in SPANISH! I don't live in a Spanish speaking country and my last name is Kennedy! This is rude! I would not go to a foreign, non-English speaking country, make random calls and expect everyone to cater to me and speak English for me. That would be completely ridiculous! And RUDE! We have become so backwards and we need to demand sense back into our system before our system completely crashes and burns!
