Knew this was false because I do not have an account with Chase.

As always - if you think your card may be compromised call the number on the back of your card (or from the website). DO NOT ASK THE CALLER FOR A CALL BACK NUMBER - they will just give you a fake one and answer it as "CHASE"
Please be aware - it is amazing how many times they get away with all your contact information then you will be a victim of identity theft.
