4/04/2015 This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks they have robo called said there were problems with my claim for durable medical supplies. Also telling me to respond in 2 days. I have never gotten any email or snail mail about any of this...may be a scam. Just called and no one answers. I have never known anyone to use robo calling for an insurance claim
