Called me 3 times this week, each time I did not pick up the phone and caller did not leave a message. Called the number 503-594-4280 as shown on caller ID, automated system said "One moment please, we are calling your party." About fifteen rapid chirps of a speed dial system, then an automated voice said "Thank you for calling back." Then the following automated message, "If you are not interested in receiving any future calls regarding our special promotions and would like to be placed on our Do Not Call list, please press 1 now." This message is repeated 5 to 12 times with about 5 seconds of silence between each playback. Then the call is ended by the caller. No other options are given and pressing "1" as requested appears to have no effect--the message continues playing. In six or seven calls back to this number over a half hour period, no human has ever picked up the phone.
