Got a call at approximately 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time in which I didn't recognize the number so I allowed it to go to voicemail. Recording of a voice said "My name is Dennis Quaid and I am calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the U.S. Treasury. Your failure to return my call will be considered an intentional second attempt to fail to appear before a magistrate or judge. Looked up area code and it is Albuquerque, New Mexico and the caller ID showed the number was "Wireless Caller." Recorded voice had a heavy accent that sounded to me as Middle Eastern.
