He told me that there are felony charges going to be processed and that he was sending someone out to pick me up. He also told me after I asked for proof of the loan, he advised me "that you'll have plenty of proof when you are in the slammer". Advised him that under the Fair Debt and Collections practice I have the right for proof of the debt before any action can take place and he said that he would be sending police to arrest me.
