I have been having the same issue for 2 months also. The issue is happening at every Saturday at 1:30 am. I have complain to Videotron, they cannot do anything, they cannot even block the number. They say it is from a calling card company or something else like Skype. But 514-380-XXXX, belongs to Videotron, also Videotron does update during 1:00 am and 2:00 am every day, so during the time of call, they can't trace anything, I have done the *57 so many times, and they can do shit. I have complain to the police and they cannot even do anything either, it is not criminal. DEAD END!!!
