He provides a link to "http://easyvinreport.com" which must go directly to his scam business so he can get your VIN info and scam you somehow. If he was legitimate, he wouldn't have a different name and email address each time he contacts you from the same number. The whole thing is suspicious when he wants YOU to buy the fax report on your vehicle, provide your info to him and he is willing to buy your vehicle "sight unseen" "tomorrow" ... he needs to be stopped!
