very rude had kind of an indian accent, telling me i was begin sued. He mentioned name of attorney's office he was supposedly calling from but when i asked if he could repeat the name he refused. He wouldn't tell me what company they were representing only told me that he had to verify some personal info and that i could settle/avoid suit it i had bank acct. When i asked him again for name of company he was calling about his response was that he would tell me only after i verified my info. I just hung up on him. I tried calling number back but its not in service.
