These people call CONSTANTLY looking for a person who is not at my number. When you tell them that they pass you to a really nasty jackass who purposely hangs up on you so you can't say "remove this number from any call list", or if you do speak the him he screams and yells (telling you that you are wasting HIS time and lying to him). If you say "there is nobody at this number by that name remove it from your list and stop calling" he tells you that "the Internet says it's registered to person XYZ and unless you are that person he cannot discuss this or remove the number."!!!! So you repeat, "but there is nobody here by that name, stop calling this number." he will say his "Internet research and the phone company says it's registered to XYZ and unless you have power of attorney from them he won't remove the number." BUT THERE'S NOBODY AT THE NUMBER BY THE NAME THEY ARE GIVING!!! He gets increasingly nastier, sniping...a completely miserable a**hole...talking in circles asking about other names, claiming that "if you even have the same last name as the person they are looking for THEN YOU MUST KNOW THEM"!!! WHAT?!?! Do you know every person on earth with your last name??? I wish I could remember the name of the guy the initial rep throws you over to because he is out of control, unprofessional, harassing, nasty...the exact reason there are federal laws in place to protect people from people like this. Horrific nightmare. I still DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR BUT THEY ARE NOT AT MY NUMBER AND THEY REFUSE TO REMOVE IT!!!
