I received a call from this number on Tuesday, January 19th stating that it was from the IRS and that they were about to file a lawsuit against me and to call this number 518-659-4051 for more information. No case/file number. Did not ask for a specific person or state a specific person name. Tried calling the number back to get more information and all I received was a busy signal. Interesting. Next step to file a complaint with the IRS about this number. What they are doing is a federal offense if this is not actually from the IRS.
