Perhaps if we had a US Congress that wasn't totally bought off, something could be done to stop these spammers,,,, and the economic loss they impose on our national economy,,,, and personal hassle we have dealing with them. Probably best if one answers the call is to provide the local number for your US Congressman & Senators and let them enjoy the goodness also.
