scam......beware... They call me to lower your interest rate. and they ask for all the info in your CC. I did... but i refuse to give them the sec. code on the back of the card,. they were pissed and threaten me to close my account on line .. they did !!
i m talking now to the capital one fraud department. they going to issue new cards and re open my account.
